Kim has been an attorney for more than twenty years, and for most of that time, her experience has been in helping people and businesses handle their financial situations better. She has worked in both corporate environments and in private practice, and her goal has always been the same – to help her clients protect what they have earned.
Kim now devotes her practice to elder law issues and special needs planning. She likes to collaborate with her clients, representing them with a continuity of care that takes them from the creation of a long-term plan through the implementation and administration of that plan. She believes in crafting strategies to avoid excessive costs and taxes while preserving her clients’ assets, allowing them to leave a legacy to benefit their families and communities.
Kim is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, ElderCounsel, and the Nebraska State Bar Association.
